is a web-based system that provides all post-allotment services online for Industrial Focal Points developed by PSIEC. Through EMS allottees can apply for various post allotment services online, check the status of dues and make payments along with services of water/sewerage e-payment of Bills. Allottees can also manage all their PSIEC plots from one screen. Moreover, PSIEC can issue different types of communications to the allottee through EMS.

• Bidders are required to enrol at www.pbindustries.gov.in
• Bidders are advised to use a proper high speed data network connection. PSIEC will not be responsible for any network failure or lapse on their part.
• Any corrigendum pertaining to any of the properties offered or any intimation regarding extension of e-auction shall be announced on www.psiec.punjab.gov.in
• Corner plots is denoted by (P) in the table. Additional 10% will be charged for corner plots.
• Details of Plots, their sizes/dimensions, layout plan, reserve price, help manual and detailed terms & conditions of e-auction including eligibility and earned money deposit (EMD) are available at www.psiec.punjab.gov.in
